To meet the strong demand, we are looking for committed and dynamic Junior Talent Consultants in Technology who specialise in recruiting technical specialists and are responsible for placing them in long-term permanent positions.
- You identify clients’ needs early and advise them on topics such as workforce planning and recruitment
- You accompany the entire recruitment process from search to hiring
- You recruit technical specialists, create job advertisements and conduct interviews
- You use active sourcing and identify suitable talents in the market
- You follow current recruiting trends and apply them purposefully
- You maintain existing client contacts and build your own client portfolio
- You actively contribute to improving internal processes and ensure suitable placements for your clients
- You have a technical basic education with experience in industry or a commercial education with an interest in technology
- Experience in personnel consulting, sales or personnel administration is a plus
- You deal openly and professionally with people and can assess situations well
- You have excellent German skills at native speaker level
