Your Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for the professional, organisational and personnel management of Neurorehabilitation
• Further development of Klinik Lengg in collaboration with Epileptology as a competence centre for Neurology with a high-quality medical-therapeutic offering
• Promotion and development of the interdisciplinary team
• Creation of an open, team-oriented culture of collaboration
• Interdisciplinary cooperation with other departments and service providers as well as active referral management and close cooperation with referring doctors and institutions.
• Active participation in shaping and implementing the strategic goals as a member of the Executive Board of Klinik Lengg.

Your Profile

• Entrepreneurial, innovative leadership personality with enthusiasm for interprofessional and interdisciplinary collaboration
• Specialist title in Neurology (FMH) or equivalent qualification
• Several years of experience as a senior physician in Neurorehabilitation and/or inpatient Neurology, including treatment of complex neurological conditions
• Proven clinical expertise in the focus areas of movement disorders (especially Parkinson’s disease and tremor) as well as stroke treatment (acute phase and rehabilitation)
• Scientific interest, publications in relevant peer-reviewed journals. Ideally habilitated or close to habilitation with interest in continuing scientific work.
• Networked, solution-oriented and business-minded thinking and acting
