- You have a basic education in sales with a federal certificate of competence, preferably in the sports or shoe industry. Further training in sales is an advantage
- At least 3-5 years of leadership experience in retail, ideally in the sports or shoe industry, are necessary
- Solid industry knowledge in the sports sector is required
- With your organized and structured way of working, you ensure that everything runs efficiently and no details are overlooked
- You have a trained eye for conflicts, deal with them openly and constructively, and quickly find solutions to ensure a harmonious working environment
- You master the German language effortlessly and have good English skills.
