Chemical Technician as Production Technician Oligonucleotide (m/f/d), 100%

To drive our continuous organic growth, we are constantly seeking highly qualified professionals. To strengthen our active ingredient production department, we are looking for a motivated chemical and pharmaceutical technologist/chemical technician (m/f/d).

In our production facility, you will manufacture pharmaceutically active oligonucleotides and related substances. You will work under GMP conditions and use modern production equipment from manufacturing through to purification. Through practical training, you will gain the necessary confidence to work independently and responsibly on our production equipment and become part of our team. Your tasks:

• You control, monitor, and observe our manufacturing processes and document them in compliance with GMP.
• You check the batch documentation.
• You assist in the qualification of production equipment.
• You prepare and carry out in-process controls and sample withdrawals yourself.
• Together with the responsible group leaders, you make decisions on the further production process based on in-process controls, for example.
• You perform cleaning and maintenance work as well as simple repairs on the production equipment.
• You prepare manufacturing campaigns. For this, you provide equipment, solvents, and starting materials in the respective production rooms and check the apparatus and systems.
• You actively and independently contribute to the continuous improvement of our production equipment and workflows.

Your profile:

• Completed training as a chemical technician, chemical laboratory technician, or an equivalent qualification, or chemical and pharmaceutical technologist
• Day shift, optionally 2-shift system (early and late shift)
• Preference for working and documenting according to GMP requirements
• Experience with cleanroom activities is desirable
• Strong reliability and independence
• A structured, clean, and independent working style that allows you to keep an overview at all times
• Flexibility, communication skills, and willingness to learn are among your strengths
• You are characterised by a high degree of reliability, independence, and teamwork
• Very good German language skills, spoken and written
• Knowledge of organic synthesis and chromatographic purification, as well as common analytical techniques such as HPLC/UPLC, is an advantage.
