The Lucerne Cantonal Hospital with locations in Lucerne, Sursee and Wolhusen is a company of the LUKS Group and thus belongs to one of the leading hospital groups in Switzerland. The interdisciplinary emergency department at the Sursee location stands for competent, patient-oriented and interprofessional emergency care - around the clock. Thanks to a central triage and the treatment pathways Fast Track and Core Emergency, patients of all urgency levels benefit from efficient and needs-based care at a high quality level. More than 20,000 patients of all urgency levels are treated per year, 24 hours a day / 365 days a year. We are looking to strengthen our team from 1 September 2026 or by arrangement.

Your field of activity

• As part of our interprofessional team, you work closely with nursing specialists and contribute to competent initial care in core emergencies
• In the established Fast Track, you act independently, work closely with the medical service and actively participate in continuous development
• You are in direct contact with patients and support our patients and their relatives in challenging situations
• Additionally, you take on tasks in housekeeping, administration, medical technology and logistics, thus contributing to a smooth operation throughout the hospital

Your experience

• You have completed training as a FAGE EFZ and ideally bring initial experience in the acute sector
• You convince with high social skills and genuine team spirit
• Your quick comprehension, your understanding of people in exceptional situations and your high resilience complete your profile
• A real added value: you gladly and flexibly take on night and weekend shifts
