Your mission:
You ensure and apply interdisciplinary coordination within the nursing home.
You supervise and support interdisciplinary teams in their mission with elderly people.
You ensure the monitoring of support and care projects for residents and their relatives.
You promote the vision of comprehensive and personalised support for the resident, applying the principles of the Montessori method, Humanitude or a similar approach.
You oversee the development of staff skills and the improvement of specific support in Geriatrics.
You actively participate in internal training sessions set up to improve good interdisciplinary practices.
You participate in preventive and therapeutic measures in your establishment in collaboration with other support teams of the Elderly Care Division and network partnerships (mobile teams).
You develop and maintain partnerships with the Vaud care network.
You manage budgets associated with support (Care and Activities), PLAISIR funding and human resources for the people under your hierarchical responsibility, respecting the collective labour agreement.
You ensure the monitoring of projects linked to the strategic orientations of the Foundation.
Your profile:
University degree in nursing (HES)
Additional training in management (CAS, DAS, MAS, or equivalent qualification)
Proven experience in team management (minimum 5 years)
Ability to manage change and lead projects
Recognised skills in Geriatrics and previous successful experience, with at least 5 years of experience.
Knowledge of the principles of the Montessori method is an asset
Good knowledge of the Vaud care network and nursing home funding in the canton of Vaud
Tolerance and adaptability regarding the resident's living environment in an open structure
Project management and change management skills
Ability to work independently, with a good team spirit
Autonomy, rigour and initiative
Good interpersonal skills, negotiation ability and compassionate leadership
Comfortable using IT tools (CAREFOLIO is an asset)
Availability for variable hours
