Social Worker - Joint ORP-CSR Unit (70%)

The Social Service of the City of Lausanne (SSL) provides social and financial support to Lausanne residents in difficulty. It is the Regional Social Centre (CSR) responsible for implementing the Vaud Social Action Law (LASV) and granting the Integration Income (RI) in Lausanne, one of the cantonal social aids. The Joint ORP-CSR Unit brings together within the same team personnel advisers from the Regional Employment Office and social workers from the Regional Social Centre who jointly support social aid beneficiaries.

Main Mission(s)

Provide social support to promote the autonomy of beneficiaries (establish a social assessment and a personalised action plan, accompany and advise the beneficiary in pursuing the set objectives)

Advise, guide and support beneficiaries of the joint ORP-CSR unit to enable their (re)integration into socio-professional life, in collaboration with personnel advisers

Propose, organise and implement, in collaboration with internal and external specialists, the measures necessary to achieve the objectives

Profile

Bachelor's degree in social work or equivalent qualification

Professional experience in a social service and/or in the field of professional reintegration is an asset

Good knowledge of the Vaud social network and social insurances

Adaptability

Interest in teamwork and peer supervision

Proficiency in MS Office tools

Special Conditions

Clean criminal record

Mandatory presence on Thursdays
