Located in the heart of Lausanne, the Pension Fund for the Municipal Staff of the City of Lausanne (CPCL) is a public law occupational pension institution with more than 12,000 active insured members and pension beneficiaries, affiliated with around twenty employers. Its real estate portfolio, which represents more than a third of its assets, consists of about one hundred property groups or 6,500 units, with a balance sheet value of nearly one billion francs. CPCL is looking, for a start date to be agreed, for a:
100% Property Management Assistant (Permanent Contract)
Main Missions and Tasks:
- Ensure the complete administrative and technical follow-up of a mixed property portfolio, in direct collaboration with the property manager
- Coordinate and follow up tenant requests
- Handle terminations and re-lettings (including application follow-up, property advertising and lease preparation)
- Issue work orders, process invoices, monitor claims and liaise with caretakers
- Manage the team’s schedule
Profile sought:
- Proven experience of at least 3 to 5 years in a similar position
- Basic training: Commercial employee federal certificate of competence (CFC) or equivalent qualification
- Good knowledge of tenancy law and building technology
- Sense of priorities, customer orientation and rigour
- Ability to work in a team, interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with IT tools such as the Office suite; knowledge of Abaimmo and Tayo is a plus
- Knowledge of public utility housing (moderate rent housing)
- Interest in occupational pension schemes is a plus
