What you can contribute to

• Advise the Office's specialised units on public procurement law matters
• Support the Office's specialised units in planning and monitoring legislative projects
• Assist lawyers in developing appeal procedures and manage these procedures
• Handle requests related to transparency legislation, archiving and data protection
• Collaborate in handling legal matters within the Legal division
• Conduct legal research (notably in doctrine and case law), as well as draft and format legal documents

What makes you unique

• Commercial training supplemented by additional training or a degree from a higher education institution in the legal field (federal diploma as a business lawyer HES, CAS or DAS in legal assistance) or additional training and specific knowledge in the legal field (commercial professional maturity)
• Further training as a public procurement specialist (federal diploma as a public procurement specialist) is an advantage
• Professional experience as a paralegal or within a law firm, public prosecutor's office or court
• Open, communicative and committed personality, initiative and ability to persuade
• Good knowledge of administrative and parliamentary processes
• Active knowledge of a second official language
