Responsibilities:
Personnel management and organisation of the treatment process in the day clinic for adolescents
Independent psychiatric-psychotherapeutic treatment of outpatient patients
Professional responsibility for medical procedures within the day clinic
Interdisciplinary collaboration in a team of around 15 committed employees
Networking with external partners (KESP, schools, referrers etc.)
Supervision of training assistants and intervision within the team
Conceptual further development of the day clinic and participation in future-oriented projects
Qualifications:
Specialist title in child and adolescent psychiatry and psychotherapy (FMH or equivalent)
Several years of professional experience in inpatient or day-patient settings
Business management thinking and solution-oriented attitude
Ideally leadership experience in a child and adolescent psychiatric institution
High social competence, resilience and enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration
