Application Support Specialist & Support (m/f/d)
Role:
Responsibility for the technical support, further development and introduction of application solutions at customers. A combination of application support, requirements analysis, project work, configuration and customer consulting.
Responsibilities:
Analysis and resolution of application errors and malfunctions
Creation of specifications, feasibility analyses and effort estimates
Coordination and monitoring of customer support requests
Planning and coordination of updates and releases
Participation in application, basic and change tests
Analysis of customer processes and requirements
Planning and implementation of system solutions and service-oriented interfaces
Parameterisation, installation and introduction of solutions at the customer
1st-/2nd-level support, customer consulting and user training
Maintenance of documentation and internal knowledge transfer
Regular on-call duty
Qualifications:
Completed training in computer science, ideally HF/FH, with further training in project/process management
Several years of experience in application support and 1st-/2nd-level support
Good knowledge of relational databases, Java knowledge is an advantage
Technical understanding and experience with parameterisation and configuration
Analytical, structured and solution-oriented working style
Strong customer and communication orientation
Very good German and English skills
French or Italian skills are an advantage
High reliability, resilience and independence
