Job Description
for a long-term temporary assignment
As a customer advisor, you will be responsible for:
- Answering calls from customers
- Advising and redirecting customers to the company’s products
- Reviewing each request with the aim of providing an appropriate solution
- Writing written correspondence
- Ensuring a high quality service
Profile Sought
- You have a commercial education
- You have experience in the Swiss banking sector and/or a Swiss call centre
- You are fluent in French (level C2-C1), have good knowledge of German or Italian (level B2-C1), and all three national languages would be a huge asset!
- You are comfortable with common IT tools
- You have a strong customer orientation and a good sense of initiative
- A criminal record extract and debt collection register extract will be required for this assignment
