YOUR TASKS
- Management and ensuring smooth departmental operations in the absence of the department head
- Ensuring and developing high-quality nursing and care of patients, taking into account economic key figures
- Responsible for duty planning PEP and monthly closing in representation
- You are responsible for individual and family-centred care and support of postnatal women and their newborns
- You support and advise parents at the start of their family life, regarding nutrition and care of the newborns, and promote the mother-father-child relationship
- Care of premature and sick newborns from the 35th week of gestation in our small neonatology area is also part of your duties, as well as holistic and individual care of patients with gynaecological and minor surgical procedures
YOUR PROFILE
- Completed training as a certified midwife or as a certified nurse with experience, preferably in postnatal care
- Ideally, you have completed leadership training or have already gained corresponding experience
- Your high professional and social competence distinguishes you and you succeed in passing on your professional knowledge and skills
- With you, our team gains a loyal, communicative and cooperative personality with a high sense of responsibility and strong coordination and organisational skills
