In this versatile specialist role, you support member organisations with nursing-related questions and contribute to the further development of quality and expertise in outpatient care. The workplace in the Bern region is easily accessible by public transport and the working hours are perfectly designed for a good work-life balance.

Your tasks with the new employer:

• Advise member organisations on questions regarding nursing services, documentation, and professional processes, and support communication with health insurers
• Plan and coordinate training sessions, webinars, and specialist events, and contribute to the development of information sheets, templates, and professional foundations
• Bring your practical experience into projects and actively help shape the further development of quality and specialist topics in outpatient care

You offer your new employer:

• You have a qualification as a Dipl. Nurse HF/FH (Swiss higher education diploma)
• Experience in Spitex is an advantage
• You have very good German language skills, both spoken and written, and can communicate in French
