IT System Administrator / Specialist (m/f/d)
Role:
In this role, you take responsibility for the smooth operation and further development of applications and systems. You analyse disruptions and system requirements, coordinate their resolution, and ensure that existing solutions run stably and performantly. Additionally, you plan and accompany adjustments and updates, test new functionalities, and document the implemented changes clearly. Through your structured working method and technical know-how, you contribute significantly to ensuring that the deployed applications and systems reliably meet the professional requirements.
Responsibilities:
- You manage the core application for school administration, further develop it, and support in case of problems
- In this role, you manage access rights and user credentials in the core application
- As an application and system specialist, you design database queries and reports in the core application
- You maintain and develop the Microsoft 365 platform (Office, Teams, OneNote) according to the needs of internal customers
- In this role, you support, advise, instruct, and assist internal customers in a customer-oriented manner
- As an application and system specialist, you capture business processes and map them in application and LMS systems (e.g., Moodle)
Qualifications:
- You have a higher IT education at the level of a professional certificate, advanced technical college, professional certificate with federal diploma, or a comparable qualification.
- You have many years of experience with SQL, VBS or similar technologies as well as with Crystal Reports and interfaces (concept and automation).
- You bring very good knowledge in cloud computing and MS network domain architecture.
- You have solid and practical experience with Microsoft Cloud Services (Azure, Microsoft 365, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Power Platform).
- You work analytically, structured, independently, and solution-oriented and can communicate and document complex technical topics clearly.
- You communicate confidently in German and English (computer technology) both spoken and written and can explain complex matters understandably to non-IT professionals and customers.
