Responsibilities:
- You are the first point of contact for employees and ensure high-quality IT 1st-level support by phone, remotely, and on-site.
- In this role, you analyse technical problems with hardware and software, develop suitable solution concepts, and implement them independently or with external partners.
- As an IT user service specialist, you install, configure, and maintain IT and clinical devices and advise and support our locations.
- You manage and maintain our industry-specific software and hardware during ongoing operations.
- In this role, you are responsible for the procurement of hardware and software, including quality checks.
- You provide technical support for back-office tasks, for example by automating data preparations, and actively participate in IT projects.
Qualifications:
- Completed apprenticeship as an IT specialist or a further qualification in the IT field
- High quality standards, strong service orientation, and enjoyment in supporting users
- Experience in IT support (receiving and resolving faults) as well as in client management, Microsoft Windows, MS Office, and ideally Windows Server; knowledge of ERP, CRM, and telephony solutions is an advantage
- Analytical and structured working style combined with coordination and communication strengths as well as independent and sustainable action
- Team-oriented, motivated, and committed personality
- Confident German language skills in spoken and written form; English skills are an advantage
