HR Technology Specialist (m/f/d)

You strategically and operationally develop the digital HR landscape and identify potentials for modern working methods.
You are responsible for the technical support of the relevant people applications and accompany their continuous optimisation.
You capture business needs, assess their feasibility and translate them into sustainable system and process solutions.
You accompany projects from conception through realisation to implementation and coordinate various stakeholders.
You promote the digitalisation of personnel processes through standardisation, automation and intelligent system integration.
Qualifications:
University degree in IT, Business Technology or an equivalent qualification with relevant professional experience.
Solid experience with enterprise applications, preferably in the HR or corporate services environment.
Knowledge of modern cloud and ERP solutions as well as a good understanding of digital integrations.
Experience in change projects, quality assurance and structured implementation processes.
Analytical and networked thinking, high initiative and confident appearance towards different contacts.
