Your tasks
- Leading the cleaning team during the day and evening
- Conducting quality controls, maintaining documentation, monitoring compliance with work processes
- Training employees
- Creating duty rosters, system management and reporting hours
- Contact person for the client
- Adhering to prescribed safety, hygiene and quality guidelines
- Assisting with cleaning as needed
- Work deployment from Monday to Friday and partly on weekends and public holidays
Your profile
- Professional experience in hospital cleaning and/or hospitality is an advantage
- Leadership experience
- Strong service orientation, independent and reliable working style as well as flexibility
- Friendly, motivated and committed personality
- Very good German language skills
- Valid residence permit C or B permit with employment
