Role:
As a service technician, you are responsible for the commissioning, maintenance, and repair of heat pumps in the Zurich region. You resolve faults directly at the customer’s site, provide competent advice, and contribute with your efforts to reliable system operation.
Responsibilities:
Commissioning and maintenance of heat pumps in the Zurich region
Carrying out inspections, repairs, and fault rectifications
Analysis of technical problems and efficient fault diagnosis
Advising customers and selling service offerings and products
Digital reporting of service assignments via PC tablet
Participation in the on-call service
Independent organisation and handling of service assignments
Qualifications:
Completed training as automation technician, electrician, electronics technician, refrigeration system fitter, agricultural machinery mechanic, heating installer or comparable
Professional experience in the field of heat pumps and control technology is an advantage
Knowledge of hydraulics is a plus
Reliable, process-oriented, and quality-conscious working style
Enjoyment of customer contact and confident manner
Fluent German skills spoken and written
Willingness for continuous further training
Good physical condition and willingness for on-call service
Residence in the Zurich region and driving licence category B
