For one of these clients - a financially sound company with a full project pipeline and an excellent reputation in the region - we are looking for a personality for the following role:

Your Role:

You take responsibility for demanding building construction projects - from scheduling through tenders to successful handover. You coordinate and lead all parties involved in construction, ensure a smooth process and keep costs, quality and deadlines firmly under control. Negotiations, construction meetings and inspections are part of your daily routine - as is helping to shape economic, practical solutions within the team.

Your Profile:

• Basic construction or craft training (e.g. draughtsman EFZ, bricklayer, foreman)
• Ongoing or completed further training as a construction manager or technician HF/TS
• Entrepreneurial thinking and a strong awareness of costs, deadlines and quality
• Leadership willingness, negotiation skills and confident demeanour
• Independent, structured working style and interest in digital tools
