On the Kleinbasel side, in close proximity to public transport and the Rhine, lies the Claragraben residential home. Here, 20 residents with varying care and support needs live in two residential groups. The Horburghof residential home offers 20 adults with multiple disabilities and a high need for assistance a development-oriented living and residential space.

With joy and professional competence, you lead, promote and coach a care team as well as the cross-house night shift team of the Claragraben and Horburghof residential homes. You are responsible for optimal duty and work planning and ensure efficient work processes as well as the quality of the services provided. When accompanying the residents in their daily living, you enable as much self-determined life design as possible. In addition, you are responsible for administrative and organisational tasks, such as individual performance recording and periodic needs assessment (IBB rating). Interdisciplinary exchange with relatives and third parties also falls within your remit.

• Completed training as a nursing specialist HF or as a social pedagogue HF/FH
• Several years of professional and leadership experience; ideally with completed leadership training
• Experience in supporting people with disabilities
• Confident and considered action in crisis situations
• Coaching leadership personality with high empathy
• Willingness to work irregular hours including night, weekend and public holiday shifts
