Bricklayer (M/F)

On behalf of one of our clients active in the construction sector, we are looking for an experienced bricklayer (M/F) to work on various sites in the canton of Geneva.

We are seeking an autonomous, rigorous and operational person, capable of working in compliance with Swiss construction standards, safety instructions and quality requirements.

Your tasks

• Carry out traditional bricklaying work on construction and renovation sites.

• Build walls with bricks, concrete blocks and other construction materials.

• Prepare and apply mortars, concrete and other necessary materials.

• Perform formwork, reinforcement and concreting work according to skills.

• Carry out levelling, alignment and finishing work.

• Read and interpret construction plans.

• Use tools and professional equipment correctly.

• Respect safety standards, site procedures and best practices.

• Maintain a clean and organised workspace.

Profile sought

• Proven professional experience as a bricklayer: mandatory.

• Good mastery of traditional bricklaying techniques.

• Knowledge of construction materials and their application.

• Ability to read plans and take precise measurements.

• Good physical condition and ability to work on site.

• Autonomy, punctuality, rigour and team spirit.

• Respect for safety rules and requirements specific to Swiss sites.

• Driving licence and vehicle: an asset.

• Professional references: an advantage.
