Role:
On behalf of the client, we are looking for an experienced professional for project management and structural planning in civil engineering. You will work on demanding infrastructure and building projects and take responsibility for the design and realisation of complex structures. The focus is on structural calculation and constructive planning as well as handling technically demanding tasks in building construction, civil engineering, underground construction and geotechnics.
Responsibilities:
Project management and design of structures in civil engineering
Planning and handling of complex infrastructure projects in building and civil engineering
Execution of structural calculations and structural analyses with FE models
Handling constructive tasks in building construction, underground construction and geotechnics
Coordination and handling of projects and subprojects in interdisciplinary planning teams
Development and dimensioning of technically and economically suitable structural concepts
Accompanying projects from design to realisation
Use of calculation software such as AxisVM and DC-Grundbau
Ensuring professional planning and compliance with relevant Swiss standards and project specifications
Qualifications:
Completed studies as civil engineer BSc/MSc, FH or ETH
At least 5 years of professional experience as a project manager in design and realisation in civil engineering
Sound knowledge in structural planning and structural calculation, ideally experience with FE models, AxisVM and DC-Grundbau
Experience with demanding projects in building and civil engineering, knowledge in geotechnics or underground construction is an advantage
Good German skills, spoken and written
