What you will achieve
- You support the customer advisors in the administrative care of their customers and take over the administrative processing of financing, investment, pension, and payment transactions in cooperation with the relevant specialist departments.
- You assist in the preparation and follow-up of customer meetings.
- You welcome our customers in the customer hall and advise them on basic services as well as our digital applications and ATMs.
- You support the induction and training of our apprentices in the private customer area as well as the organisation of customer events.
- If suitable and interested, we are happy to support you in further development into a role in customer advisory.
What you bring with you
- You have completed a banking apprenticeship or a banking internship.
- You enjoy contact with customers and present yourself professionally and sympathetically.
- You are a communicative and team-oriented personality.
- A reliable and precise way of working as well as a high degree of initiative and independence characterise you.
- You actively contribute and bring in ideas.
