Your Tasks and Perspectives

Independent management of the Nursing & Therapeutic Services area at the Wil and Uznach locations in all personnel-related matters
Ensuring and further developing efficient and future-oriented personnel recruitment, retention, and support
Advising managers on all personnel processes as well as accompanying and supporting change and development topics
Participation in cross-departmental working groups and projects as well as continuous optimisation of complex human resources processes and their interfaces
Willingness to travel between hospital locations

Basic business education with corresponding HR training or degree in Human Resources
Several years of experience with demonstrable performance in operational and conceptual HR management
Experience in HR projects and change management
Strong service orientation, advisory, social skills and communication strength combined with negotiation skills and flexibility

Varied and independent work with clients from different business areas
