HR Specialist 60 - 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• Operational personnel administration and handling of all HR matters

• Ensuring correct and timely payroll processing including social security and withholding tax

• Active participation in recruitment in close cooperation with the respective specialist departments

• Preparation of employment contracts, work certificates and other personnel-related documents

• Administration and updating of personnel master data as well as the time recording system

• Execution of IV registrations and support of corresponding processes

• Assumption of additional tasks as directed by management

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed further training as an HR assistant with a federal diploma

• Ideally, you have the HR specialist qualification

• Solid expertise in operational personnel processes

• At least 3 years of professional experience in a comparable HR position

• Several years of practice in payroll accounting as well as sound knowledge of Swiss labour and social security law

• German as mother tongue, English skills are an advantage

• Highly independent, structured and reliable working style

• High commitment, team spirit and flexibility

• Discretion, sense of responsibility and pronounced social competence
