- the execution of professional care and support for our patients and their relatives
- responsibility for the care process of a patient from admission to discharge in the sense of primary nursing
- goal- and solution-oriented work within the interdisciplinary treatment team
- guidance and support of trainees and new employees
You bring with you
- completed professional training as a nurse HF / FH
- ideally several years of practical experience in nursing in a surgical and/or orthopaedic specialty
- experience in a Swiss acute hospital
- creativity, initiative and resilience
- enjoyment of interdisciplinary teamwork
- solution-oriented, networked thinking as well as a high sense of responsibility
