Your Tasks
- Reception and care of customers at the marketplace (walk-in customers)
- Needs-oriented, individual, holistic support of our customers either physically on site or by telephone
- Customer advice in the areas of basic products and standardised investment and pension solutions
- Support of the team by processing the digital support box as well as telephony
Our Requirements
- Completed banking apprenticeship or an equivalent qualification
- Open, independent, flexible and team-oriented personality
- Empathy and enjoyment in dealing with different people
- High service orientation and sales flair
- Organisational talent for shaping our customer zone
