ICT System Engineer (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF95,000 - 115,000Role:

Responsibilities:
- You ensure the stable operation and continuous development of the internal ICT infrastructure.
- In this role, you administer and optimise the Microsoft environment (Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Active Directory).
- You manage network, virtualisation, and backup infrastructures and ensure their reliable availability.
- As an expert in IT system operations, you analyse and handle technical issues from employees, customers, and external ICT partners.
- You coordinate collaboration with external ICT service providers and application partners and accompany technical clarifications.
- In this role, you actively contribute to the further development of ICT processes, security standards, and the entire infrastructure.
Qualifications:
- Completed training in the field of computer science (e.g. IT specialist EFZ system technology) or an equivalent qualification
- Several years of experience in operating and administering Microsoft-based IT environments
- Confident handling of network administration, Windows Server, Active Directory as well as IT infrastructure and operations
- Practical experience with SSL certificates and ideally in certificate management
- Advantageous: knowledge of Microsoft Azure, cloud technologies, and Microsoft 365 administration (users, permissions, security)
- Desirable are experience with virtualisation (VMware / Hyper-V), collaboration with customers or external IT service providers, as well as very good German language skills in spoken and written form
