Quality Technical Inspectors (M/F) - 2x8 Shift Schedule

• Inspect watch components according to the inspection procedure and defined criteria and highlight any defects

  • Carry out various aesthetic and/or functional inspections of parts using appropriate tools and according to established inspection procedures or available plans
  • Make decisions on acceptance, rejection, downgrading or destruction in accordance with the House policy
  • In case of non-compliance, diagnose the interventions to be carried out and return the parts for correction or repair

  Ensure the IT management of products

  • Receive products and enter data into the current information systems
  • Record the inspection results in the IT system
  • Monitor defective parts

  Ensure reporting of activities

  • Collect quality data and share it with teams, the quality assurance technician of the cell and their manager
  • Capitalize on feedback

  Participate in the continuous improvement of the work environment

  • Make proposals to improve quality (inspection procedures, typical defect panels, definition plans)

Profile

• • Technical training
  • Experience in quality technical inspection
  • Proficient in reading plans
  • Good knowledge of products and common measuring instruments, including 3D (Keyence and Zeiss)
  • Proficient with IT tools, SAP
  • Good judgement
  • Observant and detail-oriented
  • Rigorous
  • Responsive and able to handle stress
  • TQ1 training desired or equivalent
  • Willing to work 2x8 shift schedule (5:00-13:00 / 13:00-21:15 and 20:00 on Fridays)
