On behalf of a client, we are looking for a committed individual to lead demanding construction projects for an established architecture, planning, and general planning company. The company realises high-quality new builds, conversions, and renovation projects and stands for innovative architecture, professional project management, and sustainable construction concepts.
Responsibilities:
Independent management and control of demanding building construction projects
Responsibility for costs, deadlines, quality, and project success
Coordination of architects, specialist planners, contractors, and authorities
Leading client meetings and supporting clients
Preparation of tenders and support of awarding procedures
Monitoring construction execution and ensuring quality standards
Responsibility for cost control, change management, and project controlling
Review of execution plans and coordination of all project participants
Accompanying projects from planning to successful handover
Qualifications:
Training as a draughtsperson EFZ specialising in architecture or comparable basic training
Further training as a construction manager HFP, technician HF construction planning, architect FH, or civil engineer FH
Several years of experience in construction or project management of building construction projects
Sound knowledge of Swiss building standards, SIA guidelines, and construction administration
Confident handling of CAD, construction administration, and project management tools
