jobgate ag is a personnel services company based in Aarau, specialising in the placement and leasing of skilled personnel in the fields of mechanics, engineering, IT, commercial professions, logistics, timber construction, chemistry and the construction ancillary trades.
On behalf of our client, we are immediately seeking a CNC Grinder (a).
Responsibilities / Main Tasks
- Setting up and operating grinding and erosion machines for the processing of large hot gas turbine blades
- Preparing, loading and unloading as well as presetting the required operating materials
- Deburring components according to specifications
- Carrying out maintenance work and rectifying minor faults
- Independent quality controls including measurement data analysis and SAP feedback
- Documentation of production key figures
- Maintenance and monitoring of the tool inventory
- Support in new developments, process improvements and plant optimisations
Qualifications / Requirements
- Completed technical vocational training or equivalent qualification
- Experience in industrial manufacturing and reading technical drawings
- Good PC skills as well as German language skills in spoken and written form
- Independent, precise and quality-conscious working method
- Team spirit, helpfulness and sense of responsibility
- High motivation and quick comprehension
- Willingness to work 3-4 shifts and additional occasional assignments
