Following the departure of one of our collaborators, we are advertising the following position with a job sharing work arrangement.
Bank Advisor 60%
Main tasks:
- Advise internal clients comprehensively regarding basic services such as mortgages, investments, savings and pension provision.
- Manage and develop the internal client portfolio in compliance with current directives and regulations.
- Ensure controls related to the specificities of this clientele (securities transactions, overdrafts, etc.)
- Actively apply the banking compliance and anti-money laundering measures.
- Respond efficiently and promptly to appointment requests from internal clients.
- Handle other administrative tasks inherent to the role.
Profile for the role:
- Federal diploma as Financial Advisor (IAF) or higher education in banking and finance.
- Proven experience of at least 3 years in a private client advisory role in Switzerland.
- Improved knowledge of German and/or English (B1).

- Working days: Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays
- Workplace: Neuchâtel
- Activity rate: 60% in job sharing with your partner
- Start date: 1 December 2026 or by agreement
