As a specialist in AVOR and technology, you are the link between design, production, and purchasing. You ensure a smooth workflow in work preparation and optimise processes to guarantee the highest quality and efficiency. With your technical expertise and analytical thinking, you actively contribute to the further development of our company.
- Technical feasibility & order monitoring: You check whether customer requests are technically feasible and keep a firm eye on quality, quantity, and delivery dates
- Efficient CAD data preparation: You process customer CAD data and prepare it optimally for our internal manufacturing processes
- Technical advice and support: With your expertise, you support both our customers and the sales team to find the best possible solutions for machining
- Hub between customers, sales, and production: You coordinate between all parties involved and ensure a smooth flow of information
- Post-calculation and process optimisation: You analyse completed projects, evaluate them, and thus make a valuable contribution to continuous improvement
- Ideally, you are familiar with machining techniques such as sawing, drilling, and milling and have experience in oxy-fuel and plasma cutting. Knowledge of joining techniques such as welding and screwing is a plus
- You are familiar with handling CAD files and are skilled in preparing technical drawings and parts lists
- You have a strong spatial imagination and command the German language confidently in speech and writing

Tasks
- Precise calculation & quotation preparation: You analyse customer enquiries and create customised calculations as well as quotations for our machining processes such as drilling, notching, cutting, milling, and welding- Technical feasibility & order monitoring: You check whether customer requests are technically feasible and keep a firm eye on quality, quantity, and delivery dates
- Efficient CAD data preparation: You process customer CAD data and prepare it optimally for our internal manufacturing processes

Profile
- You have completed training or have solid experience in steel or metal processing, including further training as a process technician HF or process specialist- Ideally, you are familiar with machining techniques such as sawing, drilling, and milling and have experience in oxy-fuel and plasma cutting. Knowledge of joining techniques such as welding and screwing is a plus
- You are familiar with handling CAD files and are skilled in preparing technical drawings and parts lists
