The Finance and IT Department provides expertise in the company’s financial management, purchasing and assets, as well as IT services.
You enjoy responsibilities and want to manage the accounting of small companies independently? To complete our team, we are looking for a fixed-term contract until 30 July 2027 for our future:
Mission:
- Independently ensure the bookkeeping and periodic closings in collaboration with your direct manager. Prepare periodic reporting and participate in the preparation of financial statements.
- Analyse the balances of balance sheet accounts and their sub-accounts, document and justify the balances.
- Prepare and post accounting documents, check/finalise their allocation to ensure an accurate situation of general accounts, expenses, investments and VAT.
- Verify the application of the VAT Act and carry out related controls in order to prepare the VAT return.
- Handle the company’s routine tax tasks (tax declaration, provision calculation).
- Actively participate in various tasks of cost accounting, notably in the preparation of monthly reporting and budgeting in collaboration with controlling.
Profile:
- Commercial employee federal certificate of competence (CFC) or other equivalent qualification
- Minimum 5 years’ professional experience in a similar position, ideally in an industrial environment.
- Perfect mastery of Swiss accounting rules, complemented by knowledge of the Swiss GAAP RPC framework.
