About the job
Respectful and committed with head, heart and hand – that is what sumia stands for. In our retirement home in Sumiswald, we offer 130 residents a personal and safe home in the rural Emmental. Around 230 employees and 40 volunteers dedicate themselves daily with passion to the well-being of our residents.
At sumia, a dedicated team jointly takes responsibility for the cleaning and laundry areas.
Your Area of Responsibility
- You ensure clean and well-maintained rooms in the residential group as well as in the public areas
- You assist with basic cleaning tasks and logistics duties
- You share responsibility for the daily operations throughout the entire laundry cycle
and operate the laundry software HTI - You are willing to occasionally work shifts at the weekend
Your Profile
- You hold a qualification as a Specialist in Hospitality and Housekeeping EFZ
- You enjoy cleaning and laundry services and work motivated and committed in everyday tasks
- A high awareness of quality and hygiene is important to you and you gladly take on responsibility
- A respectful attitude as well as openness, team-oriented thinking and acting characterise you
