You are the first point of contact for our patients and contribute significantly to a positive patient experience with your service-oriented and reliable way of working. Your Main Tasks
- Friendly reception of outpatient patients
- Cost-secure admission and master data maintenance of patients in SAP
- Planning and coordination of patient appointments
- Operating the switchboard, written contact with patients, external service providers, and internal contacts
- Depending on suitability, taking on further administrative and organisational tasks such as performance controlling
Your Profile
- Commercial basic training, training as a medical practice assistant (MPA) or equivalent education/training
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form
- Good oral English skills, additional foreign language skills advantageous
- Confident use of Microsoft Office
- Ability to think in a networked way in a complex environment
- Resilient, reliable, service-oriented, and team-capable personality
