Senior Finance Controller (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
- Preparation of monthly reporting according to IFRS
- Responsibility for budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Execution of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to international accounting standards.
- Analysis and reporting of financial results to management and stakeholders.
- Development and implementation of cost reduction measures and efficiency improvement initiatives.
- Leading financial projects and supporting strategic decisions through data-driven insights.
Qualifications:
- Higher education with a focus on finance (university, university of applied sciences), or training as a specialist in accounting and controlling
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to communicate complex data clearly.
- At least five years of experience in financial controlling, ideally in an international environment
- Fluent German and English skills.
