Controller (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
- Responsibility for controlling and reporting of financial data
- Monthly financial statements according to FER
- Preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial analyses
- Conducting cost analyses and identifying potential efficiency improvements
- Monitoring financial performance indicators and identifying deviations
- Preparation of management reports and presentation of results to the executive management
- Support in strategic planning and business model development
- Participation in projects for process optimisation and efficiency enhancement
Qualifications:
- Completed studies in business administration, controlling, or finance, or comparable education
- Several years of professional experience in controlling in the industrial sector
- Sound knowledge in financial analysis and reporting
- Confident handling of controlling tools and MS Office, especially Excel
- Analytical thinking and strong affinity for numbers
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Fluent German language skills
