Field Nurse with 2 Years of Experience in Switzerland (M/F)

Your Responsibilities

As part of your mission, you will be responsible for:

• Providing care: Carrying out routine and technical nursing procedures with rigour, while maintaining close proximity to patients.

• Organising care: Assessing and managing care priorities to ensure smooth and safe follow-up.

• Working in a multidisciplinary way: Collaborating closely with doctors and nursing assistants to ensure a comprehensive approach to patient health.

• Informing and supporting: Accompanying patients and their families by offering clear, professional and reassuring communication.

• Contributing to service development: Getting involved in team life by proposing improvements to optimise daily practices.

To meet our partner's expectations, you must meet the following criteria:

• Training and experience: Hold a nursing diploma and have prior professional experience in home care.

  • Note for EU/EFTA diplomas: Recognition by the Swiss Red Cross (SRC) as well as 6 months of experience in Switzerland are required.

• Mobility: Hold a driving licence, have a personal vehicle and be proficient in cycling (essential for travel).

• Professional skills: Demonstrate excellent organisational skills, versatility and a great ability to manage unforeseen events calmly.

• Personal qualities: Possess a strong team spirit and a genuine willingness to be involved in the collective success of the service.
