To strengthen our team in the Engineering Infrastructure department, we are looking for a committed Maintenance Technician Clean Utilities (a), 100%.

Your tasks:

Operation & Responsibility:

• Active fulfilment of the role as plant owner
• Operation of clean media systems (distribution systems, generation plants)
• Ensuring plant availability and operational safety
• Ensuring GMP compliance
• Monitoring, controlling, and documenting plant operations

Maintenance & Fault Management:

• Troubleshooting and fault rectification on mechanical, electrical, and control technology components
• Carrying out maintenance and inspections according to the maintenance plan
• Independently performing minor modifications and technical improvements
• Rectifying and documenting faults on plants and individual devices

Collaboration & Projects:

• Cooperation with external service providers
• Support during audits and regulatory inspections
• Participation in plant optimisations and technical projects
• Involvement in defining maintenance measures

Organisation & Safety:

• Ensuring order and cleanliness in the assigned plant areas
• Ensuring availability of spare parts, materials, and tools
• Compliance with all relevant safety regulations

Your profile:

• Certified maintenance technician or equivalent qualification
• Basic training in heating and/or sanitary technology or equivalent
• Further training in maintenance desirable
• Further training in pure water systems and pure gases desirable
• 4-5 years of professional experience in technical maintenance
• Experience with clean media systems
• Spoken English desirable
• MS Office
• SAP knowledge advantageous
• Willingness to participate in on-call duty
