HR Business Partner 80%

For our client – a leading, independent Swiss family business in the field of renewable energies & climate technology with over 300 employees – we are looking for a personable and experienced individual for the location in the Bern region starting 1 January 2027.

Your Mission:

• You competently advise and support managers as well as employees in your area on all personnel-related and labour law matters on an equal footing.
• You directly accompany the commercial apprentices, coordinate cross-departmental apprentice topics across all apprenticeships, and develop vocational training in a modern and future-oriented manner.
• You manage the entire recruitment process – from job posting through interview to contract creation.
• You ensure smooth HR administration (entries, exits, creation of work references, master data maintenance).
• You actively contribute to future-oriented HR projects and the continuous digitalisation of personnel processes.

• Commercial basic training with a recognised HR further qualification (e.g. HR specialist with federal certificate).
• At least 5 years of experience in a generalist HR role or as an HR Business Partner.
• Valid trainer certificate as well as demonstrable experience in training or supporting apprentices.
• Strong advisory skills, empathy and assertiveness – also in demanding situations.
• Structured, networked and reliable approach with a high service orientation.
• Very good knowledge of the Microsoft 365 suite; fluent German and French skills are an advantage.
