Location: Dietikon / Home office
Your mission:
In this demanding and important role, you are jointly responsible for the areas of quotations as well as article matching and article quoting for our Corporate Account and Mid-Market customers. You ensure that enquiries are assessed precisely, suitable articles identified, and competitive offers created.
What you can achieve with us:
- Identification of suitable articles and product ranges (article matching)
- Creation of competitive offers for our sales teams (article quoting)
- Processing of local and international enquiries
- Internal responsibility for the controlling file (manage, maintain, keep up to date)
- Internal follow-up of offers and recording of current status
- Active participation in large tenders
- Active participation in internal Hall of Tenders (HoT) as well as de-briefings
- Responsibility for electronic mail inbox
- Continuous optimisation and development of internal templates
- Central interface to all involved departments
- Monitoring and adherence to time management (service levels)
- Participation in customer implementations
Your achievements:
- Completed commercial training
- Organisational, communicative and analytical skills
- Digital affinity, strong in Word, very strong in Excel
- Used to working efficiently and effectively in dynamic times
- Solution-, customer- and service-oriented
- Native German speaker, French and English advantageous
