What distinguishes you for this
- Completed studies in social work, law, psychology, education or comparable training
- Completion of leadership training and/or experience in leading teams
- Completion of further training and experience in mandate management in child and adult protection
- Legal knowledge in the area of social insurance is an advantage
- Enjoyment and skill in dealing with professionals, service providers and authorities
- Negotiation skills and fluency in oral and written expression
- Client- and service-oriented attitude as well as persuasiveness
- Good IT skills (Word, Excel, KLIB)
- Strong personality with the necessary life experience and social competence
- Empathy, resilience, flexibility, networked and solution-oriented thinking
- Driving licence category B, own vehicle available
