Construction Foreman Civil Engineering / Concrete Construction (m/f/d)

Role:
As a Construction Foreman Civil Engineering / Concrete Construction, you will take overall responsibility for managing demanding construction projects in the Bern region and surrounding areas. You will be responsible for the technical, administrative and financial management of the construction sites and, together with your team, ensure an economical, high-quality and timely implementation.
Responsibilities:
Independent execution and management of demanding construction projects in civil and concrete engineering
Technical, administrative and financial management of construction sites
Organisation, control and optimisation of construction site processes with staff, machinery and inventory in compliance with construction regulations as well as economic and entrepreneurial principles
Site-specific leadership and supervision of personnel
Support and coaching of the foreman in all site-related matters
Responsibility for reporting, measurements, debtor management and post-calculation
Ensuring cost, quality and deadline targets are met
Qualifications:
Completed training in construction, for example as a certified construction foreman SBA, HF technician in construction planning, FH civil engineer or master builder
Several years of leadership experience in civil or concrete engineering
Strong cost and quality awareness as well as a structured and solution-oriented working style
Confident interaction with clients, specialist planners and subcontractors
Very good IT skills in MS Office as well as construction administration tools such as Abacus
Good German skills, French skills are an advantage
Independent, reliable and entrepreneurial mindset
