Export Specialist 40 - 60% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

We are looking for an Export Specialist (m/f/d) who keeps international goods traffic running and ensures that everything crosses the border on time and in compliance with regulations.

What matters:

• You ensure that export and import processes run smoothly and all regulations are adhered to

• You take care of customs documents, certificates of origin and the like - and file everything neatly

• You are the interface between internal teams, freight forwarders and external partners

• You keep an eye on transport costs, check invoices and ensure transparency

• You support order processing in the ERP system and ensure good data quality

• You identify where processes could run better and pragmatically tackle improvements

What do I need to be successful?

• Commercial training, preferably with additional qualifications in foreign trade or logistics

• Experience in export/import, ideally international

• Confident handling of customs documents and structured filing

• Experience with ERP systems and order processing

• Good German and English

• Independent, structured working style - even when things get hectic

• Team player with a hands-on mentality and good communication skills
