An established Swiss SME in the industrial sector, specialising in the manufacture of various systems, is looking to strengthen its team with a committed individual as an Export Clerk (m/f).
In this versatile position, you will be in daily contact with international customers, partners, and authorities, playing a central role in export processing. If you are seeking an exciting role in a globally connected company, we look forward to receiving your application!
- Planning and organising international transports by all means (land, air, and sea freight shipments)
- Preparation of required export documents (Carnet ATA, certificates of origin, customs documents, etc.)
- Ensuring compliance with customs and export regulations as well as country-specific requirements
- Correspondence with authorities, freight forwarders, customers, customs, etc.
- Previous experience in export
- Very good language skills in German and English, both spoken and written; additional languages such as French are an advantage
- Good MS Office skills and familiar with ERP systems
- Confident and competent demeanour
- International field of activity
- At least 5 weeks of holiday

Profile
- Commercial or technical basic training; ideally, you come from the industry- Previous experience in export
- Very good language skills in German and English, both spoken and written; additional languages such as French are an advantage
- Good MS Office skills and familiar with ERP systems
- Confident and competent demeanour
