Your tasks

• The ICM A+B acute wards offer evidence-based, severity-graded, and individualised care and treatment for patients with acute psychiatric disorders. The professional focus of the ward is the multiprofessional, emergency psychiatric care of patients with affective disorders and anxiety disorders
• You work in tandem with a qualified nurse and independently and responsibly ensure the safety monitoring and medication of the assigned patients
• You are part of an interprofessional treatment team that provides patients with the broadest possible range of options to manage their illness
• You work together with a qualified nurse on comprehensive, person-centred care and on maintaining our high quality standards
• By creating a healing milieu on the ward, you aim for the rapid and as complete as possible autonomy and independence of the patients
• Your special focus is on reducing symptom burden, strengthening resources, increasing resilience, and enhancing patients’ self-efficacy
• You actively help to implement and further develop a modern ward concept
