Job Description
- Provide support for business development
- Manage a portfolio of partners and clients from French-speaking and German-speaking Switzerland (brokers, fiduciaries)
- Prepare occupational pension offers ensuring data consistency and regulatory compliance
- Advise partners and clients on choosing solutions suited to their needs
- Coordinate the administrative and contractual follow-up of files until client affiliation and the implementation of pension plans
- Participate in drafting the offer process and creating affiliation contract documents
- Support the preparation of presentations about the Foundation and external communications
- Collaborate in the preparation of commission statements and verification before payment
- Represent the institution at professional events and sector gatherings
- Contribute to the development of the partner network and the organisation’s visibility
Profile Sought
- Holder of a commercial, administrative or financial qualification
- Proven experience in a commercial support role in social insurance, ideally in the LPP sector
- Ease in dealing with professional clients and external partners
- Excellent knowledge of French and good knowledge of German (B2/C1)
- Proficient with common IT tools (MS Office, CRM)
- Autonomous, rigorous personality, service- and solution-oriented
