• You support the Floor Manager, Sarah Banahmed, in the daily supervision of the restaurant and the quality of each service.

• You ensure an elegant, warm and personalised gastronomic experience, in line with the identity and requirements of La Table.

• You oversee the preparation of service, the setting up and smooth running of operations in the dining room, with rigour and attention to detail.

• You welcome and accompany guests with care, discretion and professionalism, anticipating their expectations and special requests.

• You ensure smooth coordination between the dining room and the kitchen to guarantee precise, well-paced and harmonious service.

• You participate in the organisation and planning of teams, as well as their daily support.

• You contribute to the training and integration of employees, transmitting the values of service, excellence and savoir-faire of La Table.

• You actively participate in the continuous improvement of service and in creating a memorable customer experience.

• You hold a diploma in hotel and restaurant management and have experience in gourmet or high-end catering.

• You enjoy working in a company where team spirit, kindness and high standards combine daily.

• You are involved in the life of the restaurant and appreciate daily support based on communication, sharing and transmission.

• You are organised, rigorous and attentive to detail, with the desire to improve each service.
